All Bookings
At any point in time, we may have several quotes out on a particular room or property. However, all bookings are taken on a ‘First-deposit-first-confirm’ basis.
To confirm, we require a 20% deposit by Visa or MasterCard, or cleared funds to our bank account.
This deposit is non-refundable 14 days or nearer to the booking time for B&B bookings, and 30 days or nearer for Holiday Home bookings.
A simple return email with your valid credit card details will confirm a booking. If you don't feel safe emailing your card details, you can either split the details between two different emails, or fax to +64 7 3480863 attention Kerris.
